By accessing or using Echo Frame, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Echo Frame is a photo-to-music discovery application that analyzes your photos using artificial intelligence to suggest songs that match the visual mood, tone, and atmosphere of your images. The App integrates with Apple Music to provide playback functionality. Echo Frame is available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with your saved Echoes syncing across devices via your private iCloud account.
Important: Song recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are inherently subjective. Results will vary and may not always align with your personal expectations.

By using Echo Frame, you accept that AI recommendations are experimental and creative in nature, and you use them at your own discretion.
Echo Frame utilizes a proprietary AI-driven curation system (the "Echo Engine") and the Resonance Framework to generate music suggestions based on the material properties of your photographs. You acknowledge that:
Echo Frame does not require you to create an account. Your preferences are stored locally on your device. Your saved Echoes are stored on your device and sync across your devices via your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted, stays within the Apple ecosystem, and is not accessible to us. If you choose to connect Apple Music, your library data is used solely to personalize song recommendations and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Auto-Renewal: Echo Frame Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Echo Frame offers the following subscription options:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels in accordance with their refund policies. Dissatisfaction with AI-generated song recommendations does not constitute grounds for a refund, as the subjective nature of recommendations is disclosed prior to purchase.

Echo Frame, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Song suggestions, album artwork, and music playback are provided through Apple Music. All music content remains the property of respective rights holders.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
Echo Frame is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
